In the publication the explanation concerning an order of receiving is given by agricultural producers of partial compensation of cost of mineral fertilizers and means of the state support of production of plant growing. The corresponding list of shown documents is published.
Due to the receipt beginning on settlement accounts of agricultural producers of means from the Government budget of Ukraine on the state support of production of plant growing and partial compensation of cost of mineral fertilizers of the domestic
Due to the receipt beginning on settlement accounts of agricultural producers of means from the Government budget of Ukraine on the state support of production of plant growing and partial compensation of cost of mineral fertilizers of national production, specialists of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea will carry out checks of correctness of receiving means from the Government budget. The ministry of an agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic Crimea offers the list of documents, which it is necessary to provide enterprise accounts department at carrying out check according to use Order in 2007 of means of the government budget, which are allocated for partial compensation of cost of mineral fertilizers of national production (The resolution No. 182 from 09.02.2007g.):
· The primary documents certifying the fact of acquisition of mineral fertilizers at the domestic supplier;
· Act of use of mineral, organic and bacteriological fertilizers, yadoximikatov and herbicides (f. No. 118);
· The bank documents confirming receipt from the State budget of funds for the settlement account of the enterprise.
And also, according to use Order in 2007 of the means provided in the budget for the state support of production of plant growing (The resolution KMU No. 256 from 21.02.2007g.), attach the list of documents:
· Report on a course of harvesting and carrying out other field works (f. No. 7-sx);
· The final report on sowing results on the crop’s eve of 2007 (f. No. 4-sx);
· Act of use of mineral, organic and bacteriological fertilizers, yadoximikatov and herbicides (f. No. 118);
· Act of use of seeds and landing material (f. No. 119);
· DSTU 2240-93 documents on crops by sememes not below the third reproduction;
· The bank documents confirming receipt from the State budget of funds for the settlement account of the enterprise.
Checks will be carried out according to the approved plan of work.
