Essentially new Reprotest device is developed for definition of an elektroprovodnost of vaginalny slime. The principle of operation of the device is based on conductivity of vaginalny slime in non-uniform electric field. For research it is necessary to put a drop of vaginalny slime on the sensor and within several seconds to take readings. As a result of researches it is established that vaginalny slime of cows possesses an elektroprovodnost which changes depending on degree of a maturity of a follicle in a yaichnik. The Elektroprovodnost reaches the maximum values during the predovulyatorny period and makes 650-900 units, on the average 725. It corresponds to a stage of a mature flyuktuiruyushchy follicle and serves as an indicator of optimum time of insemination of cows. The Elektroprovodnost of slime provides optimum conditions for advance negatively charged spermiev in rather dense environment of a sexual path. To an ovulation the elektroprovodnost decreases to 460 units.
The correlation analysis revealed interrelation of indicators of an elektroprovodnost of slime with level estradiola in blood of cows.
