In this publication it is said that (Zaporozhye) is developed and made by the staff of Institute of mechanization of animal husbandry the adaptation for hand unloading strigalya during a hairstyle of sheep which increases labor productivity, considerably improves its working conditions.

In Ukraine, since the end of the 1980th years, the livestock of sheep decreased by 80 %. To restore it, to direct vegetable growing by the way of development low-expensive progressive technologies and the modern means which application will allow to put this branch on an industrial basis are capable now.
In structure of expenses of work on the main engineering procedures in sheep breeding to 40 % it is the share of a hairstyle of sheep. According to supervision, for the third day after the hairstyle beginning labor productivity of the strigaly decreases for 25-30 % in comparison with the first day under the same working conditions. It speaks fatigue accumulation in hands of the strigaly. After all the serial strigalny MSU-200 machine together with a cable of a food weighs 2,1 kg.
Introduction of stationary and modular mobile points for a hairstyle of sheep allows to increase labor productivity strigaly, however they don’t reduce load of a hand strigalya in operating time. (IMT UAAN, Zaporozhye) is developed and made by the staff of Institute of mechanization of animal husbandry the adaptation for hand unloading strigalya during a hairstyle. This adaptation passed test in the Southern Ukrainian branch of UKRNITSPIT of. L.Pogorelov.
The URRS-1 adaptation (fig. 1) consists of a strut 1, the lever 2, a spring of extension 3, an arm 4 for fastening of the adaptation and details of a suspension bracket of the strigalny machine 15 to the lever 2. The last represents a wooden bar which two levels 6 fastens to a nut 8 being on a carving part 5 of a strut. The nut 8 has two cylindrical ledges which with a gap incorporate to openings of levels 6. Levels 6 and a flat spring 7 are fastened to a wooden bar by means of a bolt.
Connection of the lever 2 with a strut 1 through a nut 8 provides freedom of moving of the lever in the horizontal and vertical planes. Details of a suspension bracket of the strigalny machine 15 consist of a flexible cord 16, a spring 17 and loops 18 which incorporates to the machine case bolts of fastening of the electric motor.
The lever 2, spring 3 and the top part of a strut 1 form a sharnirny triangle which provides freedom of moving of the strigalny machine in space. Thus the weight it is counterbalanced by a spring 3, unloading a hand strigalya, leaving not changed engineering procedure of a hairstyle of sheep. The adaptation provides a constant arrangement of a cable of a food over the machine.
Indicators of work are given in the table the URRS-1 adaptations received in a pilot farm of Institute of animal husbandry "Askaniya-Nova" at a hairstyle of 502 heads of sheep in comparison with technology, accepted in an economy.
Indicators of operation of the URRS-1 device
The received results testify that labor productivity strigalya with use of the URRS-1 adaptation increases by 2,5-3,8 %. Besides, the URRS-1 adaptation considerably improves working conditions strigalya. Load of his hand decreases with 17,3 to 0-2,5 N, specific expenses of physical energy thus decrease and fatigue of muscles of a hand and a humeral belt decreases.
Adaptation use considerably improves a working pose strigalya, twice reducing time of its stay in inclined situation during a hairstyle.
The data obtained as a result of tests testify that the URRS-1 adaptation improves working conditions strigalya and can find application on sheep farms of Ukraine.
