In a note there is a speech about transition of Vinnytsia production workers to alternative power sources.
Reorganization 2002
Recently in Vinnytsia region regional authorities began to aim production workers at energy saving and transition to alternative power sources.
At Vinnytsia oil and fat combine of a problem (fuel and ecological) solved by means of a copper which will transform a peel to biofuel. Construction of a boiler room and installation of such copper to combine in 2006 cost 13,5 million UAH. In three years of operation saved 21,4 million UAH. Annually the peel replaces on the average 9 million CBM of gas, completely ensuring functioning of combine.
Unfortunately, in the Crimea there is no large enterprise for production of sunflower oil though sunflower crops our landowners receive the very quite good. But in regions of an autonomy operates more than thirty subsidiary shops developing a product not refined, but in a household irreplaceable on many articles.
Other acceptable exit from a gas stress – straw heat. As report, annually on fields of Vinnytsia region collect 1,5 million tons of straw. Such volume of potential biofuel is equal 500 million cubic meter of gas. It would suffice for three heating seasons, besides cost of production of heat from straw five times is less in comparison with gas. First signs: in Rososh’s village straw warms rural school. In plans transfer to such biofuel of medical institutions, schools, kindergartens and recreation centers.
And third example. The Vinnytsia producer of timber floors of JSC Barlinek-Ukraine the pressed dry sawdust and shhepu, so-called fuel pellety, realizes in the region and even sells abroad. Two tons pellet replace nearly one thousand cubes of natural gas. Wet sawdust provides independence of the huge enterprise of all other power sources.
While such conclusion arises: if regional authorities aren’t engaged in energy saving and won’t connect to it heads of the local enterprises and the establishments, no marvelous state program will rescue Ukraine from an energy crisis.
