The main directions of work of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center (further – the Center) – training, information and consulting service, assistance to development of innovations and a computerization in all branches of agricultural production, agricultural producers and inhabitants of the village.
Now in all 14 regions of AR Crimea, the cities of Yalta and the Pike perch advisers-organizers who carry out a direct connection with agricultural producers work: extend information product, provide consultations by own efforts or send inquiry on the arisen problem to the Center for its decision specialists of the Center or, if necessary, with involvement of scientists and specialists of scientific institutions.
The important place in activity of the Center is occupied by development of training programs and training of a wide range of workers of agricultural production. Seminars, and also days of the gardener, the wine-grower, risovoda, the vegetable grower are held at republican and regional levels, etc.
For the past 2006 information on more than 1200 oral inquiries, 1460 – by phone is issued. About 1200 consultations are provided to agricultural producers and rural population. Advisers-organizers of areas more than 600 times visited agricultural enterprises and farms. 36 actions for increase of level of knowledge and skills of rural dwellers, experts and heads of agricultural enterprises and farms in which 1190 people took part are carried out:
– seminars – 23, participants – 790 persons;
– Days of the expert – 5, participants – 168 persons;
– conferences – 1, participants – 108 persons;
– short-term courses – 3, participants – 72 persons;
– trainings – 4, participants – 53 people.
The database of scientific and technical information is created. For January 1, 2007 in a database of the Center about 2,5 thousand papers and more than 2,8 thousand summaries on materials of periodicals.
Educational advice center Agromir issues the newspaper . Problems and decisions which leaves on eight newspaper strips periodicity 4 times a month. An orientation of materials published in it – agricultural production revival through training, development of information technologies and innovative projects.
For the past year 49 issues of the newspaper in which 54 articles of scientists of the Regional center of scientific providing APP, 60 articles on subjects of innovative development and the best practices in agrarian and industrial complex, other materials are published are published. In each newspaper – 2 … 3 pages of standard and legal documents, recommendations about their application.
Thus, in educational advice center necessary preconditions are created and laid the foundation for many processes which are directed on creation of conditions for satisfaction of information needs of workers of agricultural production and inhabitants of the village that will promote intensive development reformed and farms, to provide profitable maintaining agricultural production, to increase of welfare of rural dwellers and development of rural territories.
