So the chairman of SPK "Ukraine" of the Krasnogvardeysky area considers. In one of autumn days, having come to the market in the district, paid attention to vegetables attractive by the look. - Yes, something was possible to us, but we aren’t under a delusion. After all to hold production and socbyt peasants in present conditions it is very difficult.
Also stated the point of view concerning everything that occurred and occurs nowadays in agrarian sector of the country. Reforms, in his opinion, brought more negative, than positive. Instability prevents to work. There is no state program of development of agricultural industry. Landowners can’t make the business plan because don’t know at what price there will be a diesel fuel, other material resources, that is, work blindly. They also don’t know how many wheat, barley, milk, meat will cost – go in anywhere and rush from one extreme to the other.
Last year, for example, our SPK "Ukraine" preservation well went, but there is no confidence that this year there will be the same.
- I will invest money, I will expand production and I can lose – the chairman of SPK notices. – And there would be a state program – such wouldn’t occur. The state should plan through quotas. Then heads of agricultural enterprises will know that they should grow up a certain quantity of production for it to receive at contractual price a certain sum of money.
Today practically, except soft loans, from the state we don’t receive any help. And to go in for agricultural industry in such risky zone of agriculture as the Crimea very difficult.
- I understand, the situation in the country very difficult – spare cash isn’t present, but to find resources for the village it is necessary – Neykov notices.
One more problem of agricultural enterprises – a tax press. If we want to feed the country, it is necessary to relieve agricultural industry of heavy burden of taxes. Perhaps, it is necessary to leave the fixed agricultural tax. The state should be defined: whether meat, milk and other production is necessary to it. Why it is important? Yes because on one grain economy you will not construct.
Last year for its economy though was difficult, but nevertheless there are quite good results. Pleases that for the first time for many years here stepped over a boundary – 3000 liters of milk from each fodder cow. For someone, maybe, this indicator not so high, but for this cooperative – achievement.
Animal husbandry here intend to develop and further, means there will be at peasants a work. Even "Ukraine" didn’t go to peak of reduction of cattle on this way. Therefore also KRS herd in an economy to today’s measures considerable – 350 heads, and together with bull-calves on fatten – 1200.
It is not necessary while to speak about profitability of branch, but in an economy intend to raise nadoi milk, to increase production of beef at the expense of development of selection and strengthening of food supply.
In cooperative hope that sooner or later the state all the same will face branch. Today for animal husbandry to go in troublesome, too much it demands care. On farms face lifting more often becomes – so it is less unprofitable. There is also other crisis – personnel. Doesn’t seduce youth work of the cattle breeder: all night long, and salary not the high.
Well the staff of cannery worked, it was difficult in a grain farm and still year finished, as before, with profit.
Unfortunately, it becomes every year ever less though the volume of production doesn’t decrease. All reason that fabulously evolved prices on is combustible – lubricants and other resources ruthlessly eat the income of an economy of made production.
Neykov considers that it is the wrong policy concerning the village and if the state won’t begin to support on the present the agricultural industry, situation can worsen.
It is necessary to analyse mistakes, to look for effective ways of development. And not only at economy level, but also in all branches of the power. And peasants need to increase production and to create workplaces because reduction – is a way in anywhere.
On this position of SPK "Ukraine" stood and will stand.
