Came into force since 06.08.08.
In the list of means of a foreign proiskhoyozhdeniye in case of which acquisition with the isolated estates financial support on the irrevocable basis, approved as the order of Cabinet council of Ukraine from April 17, 2008 of No. 641, a position can be provided to again sozdanyony farms and farms:
• Tractors with the engine in capacity of 200-550 hp. Combine harvesters with the engine in capacity to 200 hp and over 250 h.p.;
• Lorries loading capacity to 1,5 tons, from 5 to 14 and over 23 tons to replace respectively with positions:
• Tractors, except tractors of a traction class 1,4 i.e. Combine harvesters;
• "Lorries".
