New grades of grapes in the state register of Ukraine

In this article the characteristic of new grades of grapes of selection of National institute of grapes and UAAN Magarach wine is given.

MATERIALS ON SITES

We represent characteristics of new grades of grapes of selection of National institute of grapes and UAAN Magarach wine.

1. ALMINSKIJ – a technical grade of srednepozdny term of maturing. Cluster average (160g), tsilindrokonichesky, average density. Berry average, oval, black. Accumulates to 25,4 % of sugars. Juice of wine-red color. Productivity makes 135 c/hectares. The grade is recommended for production of red strong and sweet wines. It is characterized by field stability to a phylloxera, mildyu, gray decay, oidiumu.

2. ANATELIKON – a clone of a muscat black. Technical grade of late term of maturing. Average productivity – 142 c/hectares, average mass of a cluster of 220 g. A cluster dense, above the average size. Berry of black-dark blue color, oval. Sugar content – 30,6 %, acidity – 9,5 g/l. The grade is recommended for production of sweet wines. It is characterized by field stability to a phylloxera, mildyu, gray decay, oidiumu.

3. RIESLING MAGARACHA – a technical grade, late term of maturing. Differs field stability to a phylloxera, mildyu and gray decay. Average productivity – 126 c/hectares, average mass of a cluster – 172 g. Sugar content – 21,2 %, acidity – 8,6 g/l. Winter hardiness average. The grade is recommended for preparation of sparkling, dry, strong wines and dietary juice.

4. The SPARTAN MAGARACHA – a technical grade with white berry, with light chabretsovo-muscat aroma, early and average term of maturing. Frost resistance to – 25oS. It is recommended for preparation of high-quality dry and sweet wines. Cluster average, 150-180g, tsilindrokonichesky, average density. Berry average, slightly oval. Sugar content of 19-24 %, acidity of 8-11 g/l. Grade high-yielding. It is steady against a phylloxera, mildyu, gray decay, oidiumu.

5. The YALTA SEEDLESS – a table grade of grapes for fresh consumption. Maturing term – Rennes – average. Cluster large, conic, branchy, average density. Berry average, oval, red, fleshy. Taste harmonious. Average productivity – 139 c/hectares. The grade has field stability to mushroom diseases.
