In the publication it is a question of a condition of innovative activity in agrarian and industrial complex of Krasnodar Krai. High economic efficiency of innovative technologies in agroindustrial production in particular the bioresonant is noted. Use of bioresonant technology promotes improvement of safety of a livestock (on 6-7 %) and increases in efficiency (broilers – for 11-13 %, rabbits – for 10-12 %, laying hens – on 18-20 %). The gain of efficiency occurs against decrease for 5-6 % of production expenses.
Development of new technologies in edge processing industry goes high rates.

Experience of neighbors
In this publication authors acquaint readers with a condition of innovative activity in agrarian and industrial complex of Krasnodar Krai. High economic efficiency of innovative technologies in agroindustrial production in particular the bioresonant is noted. Expediency of the state support and further development of innovative capacity of domestic agrarian and industrial complex is proved.
Innovative activity is around the world considered as the main condition of modernization of economy and is one of major factors of increase of efficiency of agroindustrial production.
The innovative potential depends on inventive activity; its factor – number of the demands submitted residents on inventions counting on 1 million people – in Russia approximately in 3-4 times below, than in Germany and the USA, and in 18-19 times is less in comparison with Japan. In the developed European countries the share of the innovative active enterprises is in a range from 25 to 80 %.
Feature of innovative processes in agroindustrial production consists in variety of its organizational forms. Innovative formations essentially differ both on nature of financing, and on an economic basis of functioning. Scales of these organizations are also various.
The agricultural industry is a vospolnimy and developed resource, operating which it is possible to provide high return of invested funds. For development of agrarian and industrial complex development and introduction of the latest engineering procedures providing high efficiency and competitiveness of national production is required.
Bioresonant technologies belong to perspective technologies in animal husbandry.
This technology is based on use in production of the phenomenon of a resonance (bioresonance). It intensifies biological and, as a result, productions thanks to impact on agricultural animals of the weak electromagnetic radiation received as at the expense of own radiations of various structures of an organism, and radiations of known biologically active preparations. The new technology allows to increase the conversion of a forage being the major indicator of production efficiency in branch.
Results of the carried-out experiences allowed to make following a vyvod:ispolzovaniye of bioresonant technology provides increase of resistance of animals to a stress and various diseases and consequently, promotes improvement of safety of a livestock (on 6-7 %) and to increase in efficiency (broilers – for 11-13 %, rabbits – on 10-12, laying hens – on 18-29 %).
The gain of efficiency occurs against decrease for 5-6 % of production expenses counting on a unit of production.
Data for comparison of new and traditional technologies we provide in the table (cm the table).
Economic efficiency of use of bioresonant technology in meat poultry farming (the floor maintenance of 12 thousand heads).
This innovation is characterized by high efficiency, rather small expenses of development. In the conditions of deficiency of investment resources the absolute importance has short payback period of cumulative expenses.
Doesn’t lag behind on rates of development of new technologies and edge processing industry. As an example of effective management in area, high technologies JSC Molochny kombinat which lets out dairy production under a regional trademark Kuban burenka can serve. The volume of processing of milk makes 500 t per day.
For the last 3 years at combine production of 248 types of new dairy production was imposed. Calculations show that investments into creation of new dairy products and their advance on the market (terms 9 from 1 month to 1 year), provide expanded reproduction. The enterprise widely introduces in the newest technologies of packing ("Geybl Top", Peter Rex), the line Petro Finno of asepsises, etiketirovochny cars and many other things.
The combine managed to establish strong and mutually advantageous relations with farms – producers of milk. Specially developed program Dairy rivers provides equipment of farms – suppliers the newest milking equipment of firm De Laval which is transferred to the enterprises on favorable terms rent. The new equipment allows to receive the milk which quality doesn’t concede to the international standards.
Only at the expense of use of new technologies Kuban managed to increase nady from a fodder cow in 5 last years by 23,8 % – with 3181 to 3938 kg.
However from the most important links of production in agrarian and industrial complex – preparation of high-quality forages by means of the latest equipment. This task with success is solved by innovative equipment the JAGUAR kompaniiCLAAS. A new model range the JAGUAR opens the next mark in the history of the self-propelled povsevny grinders allowing as much as possible to keep nutritious properties of plants and to increase forage conversion by animals.
Assistance in providing farms of edge with equipment of the companies CLAAS, Valtra, Krjnti of others render large overworking the enterprise of Kuban.
JSC Molochny kombinat, besides providing suppliers of raw materials with milking machines and the cooling equipment, prebretaet on favorable terms "Optim Miks’s" new cattlefeeders, equipment the JAGUAR also transfers to farms, provides thus services in its service.
That rural producers actively introduced innovative and resource-saving technologies, it is necessary, authors consider, to develop such economic mechanism which would provide optimum distribution of expenses and resources of all partners of a uniform agroindustrial cycle and stimulated transition to a new production cycle.
For development of innovative potential in agro-industrial complex, according to authors, it is necessary to create favorable conditions. It can be tax exemption for the period to payback of an innovation, direct state investments, the tax credits, venture investment, etc.
