On February 3, 2009 in a building of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea XXsezd of Homestead Association and land owners of an autonomy (AFZK) took place. The president of AFZK Sergey Tur, the director of the Crimean office of the Ukrainian fund of support of farms Christina Tur, the head of department of financial and credit association, accounting and the reporting of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea took part in its work Igor Ignatenko, the chief specialist of department of settlement of the relations of a property, innovative activity and external economic relations of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea Sergey Pelekh, farmers from 11 regions of an autonomy. At the next congress permanent members of Association accepted in the amicable ranks new, decided on delegates on All Ukraine congress, discussed and tried to solve own pressing problems, to develop the work scheme in the conditions of an economic crisis.
