On February 17, 2009 heads and experts of farms of the Simferopol area which is engaged in cultivation of pigs, gathered for a seminar in the Southern branch of national university of bioresources and prirodokhozyaystvo of Ukraine Crimean state agrotechnical university.
Opened a seminar the head of department of agroindustrial development of the Simferopol region of Century Zakalichny. It acquainted participants with results of work of pig-breeding farms for 2008, and then stopped on problems of a svinovodstvo which constrain further development of this branch.
The main reason for low indicators of efficiency of pigs, according to V. Zakalichnogo, is covered in unbalanced feeding of animals. Therefore at a seminar use possibilities in diets of high-grade compound feeds, premixes, and also a question of identification of pigs were in detail considered.
With a great interest participants of a seminar heard to information of the head of the department of production, storage and processing of production of the Southern branch of the Crimean state agrotechnical university, the doctor of agricultural sciences, professor S. Vaynalovich about technology of feeding of pigs of all polovozrastny groups. It in detail stopped on features of feeding of pigs-sosunov as during the period about two months they need sterns with the high maintenance of energy, protein, amino acids, vitamins, mineral and biologically active substances.
The professor told and about feeding of pigs-otjemyshey, emphasized that it during this period has big practical value for their further growth and development. He also recommended technology of feeding of pigs during the first and final periods otkorma, allowing to receive additional weights on level of 700-800 grams and above.
Acting also acquainted participants of a seminar with technology otkorma pigs on industrial complexes.
The chairman of the board of JSC Bakhchisarayskogo kombikormovogo zavoda L.Rud told about quality of made compound feeds. Now at plant make compound feeds for all animal species and polovozrastny groups. Release of albuminous and vitamin and mineral quality additives is adjusted. The plant is ready to cooperate with all consumers of compound feeds and BVMD on mutually advantageous conditions, to make compound feeds of raw materials supplied by the customer according to the recipe of the customer.
About a condition and prospects of development of a svinovodstvo in the area told the chief specialist of management of agroindustrial development of L.Chepurnov.
Information on work of branch of a svinovodstvo was made by the livestock specialist selector of JSC Veles Krym A.Kireev. She reported that at the end of 2008 by the order of the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine the economy was given the status of breeding plant on cultivation of large white breed of pigs. Now in an economy there is a repair young growth of pigs for plemprodazhi in live weight over 60 kgs.
Before participants of a seminar detailed information on identification of pigs was made by the head of the Crimean branch of the state enterprise Agency on identification of animals V.Zhuk. He reported that since January 1, 2009 identification of pigs in the enterprises of all forms of ownership is without fail carried out. In personal part-time farms of the population identification of pigs will be is carried out since April 1, 2009.
In conclusion of Century Zakalichny, emphasized that the main objective of a seminar will be reached when all his participants will take into consideration and will apply the recommendations in practice offered at a seminar.
