During work of meeting shortcomings were shined and actions for their elimination are offered.
To USE of IRRIGATED LANDS SPECIAL ATTENTION
In the Krasnoperekopsky area in April the meeting on questions of development of agro-industrial complex where performance of the Resolution of Council of ministers of APK No. 691 from November 14, 2006 was the main question is held. About preparation of irrigated lands for waterings of 2007. The vice-chairman of Council of ministers of ARK N. P. Kolisnichenko, the minister of an agrarian policy of ARK P.I.Akimov, his first deputy S. P. Pelagenko, the deputy N. P. Polyushkin, and also the vice-chairman of republican committee on water economic construction and irrigated agriculture took part in meeting P. Dudkov, the chairman Krasnoperekopsky rajgosadministracipi K.I.Trandafil, the chairman of regional council S.A.Kernus, heads of agricultural enterprises, the rural heads.
Before meeting representatives of the ministry and its subordinated organizations checked all agricultural enterprises and area farms for the purpose of definition of real performance of a task on production of grain and preparation of irrigated lands for an irrigation season of 2007.
On the crop’s eve of 2007 agricultural producers of the area poseyano winter on grain of 18683 hectares or for 30 % more last year of summer barley there is more than plan and 9255 hectares or for 46 %. The main areas of early grain crops poseyany with introduction of starting doses of the phosphoric fertilizers, the pickled seeds of high reproductions.
According to specialists of the ministry of an agrarian policy of ARK, crops early grain in the area are in a good condition. Now it is necessary to finish actions for top dressing and protection of crops from wreckers, diseases and weeds, having paid special attention to application of lateral mixes of herbicides and fungicidov.
Top dressing winter is carried out by nitric fertilizers on all area (18683 hectares), lateral mixes processed 2300 hectares. It is planned to carry out on all area processing of the early grain.
In the performance at meeting the minister of an agrarian policy of ARK P.I.Akimov gave special attention to preparation and use of irrigated lands. On a long-term forecast, in April sharp temperature increase that can cause a drought and oppression of plants is expected and to lead to a shortage of a crop of early grain crops. Suffered costs of soil preparation, crops, fertilizers, means of protection of plants as a result can not pay off. Therefore with arrival of dneprovsky water it is necessary to organize watering of agricultural cultures from first days and to execute actions, predusmotrenye the resolution of Council of ministers of ARK No. 691.
The plan of preparation of irrigated lands by an irrigation season of 2007 on the area makes 21,1 thousand hectares and as of 01.04.07 is executed in full. It is prepared 21,1 thousand hectares, cleaning of an intereconomic network in volume of 16,1 thousand m3 or 101 %, an intraeconomic network in volume of 113 thousand m3 or 118 % is carried out, are prepared for work of 289 hydraulic engineering constructions.
On an irrigation during the irrigation period 2007g. 12 pump stations will be demanded. On them it is prepared for operation of 32 pump and power units, it is required for ensuring watering of the planned areas of 24 pieces, it is repaired and ready to operation of 37 dozhdevalny cars.
In due time SGGK "Nady", JSC Dnepr agro, farms, business owners, tenants of the area coped with performance of the planned volumes of a repair preparatory work of the SOOO agricultural enterprise Perekop’s Storm.
In the absence of financial means low rates conducted preparation for an irrigation season in KFH "Agris" and ChSP "Field" by which contracts on rendering of services in water supply on an irrigation so far aren’t signed.
The chairman of the Krasnoperekopsky district state administration K.I.Trandafil, the chairman of regional council S.A.Kernus took part in discussion of the questions which have been taken out on meeting.
Results of meeting were brought by the vice-chairman of Council of ministers of ARK N. P. Kolisnichenko who stopped on problem questions of development of agro-industrial complex of the area and necessary actions for elimination of the revealed shortcomings.
