Article describes procedure of maintaining and filling of service records of workers and members of a farm.
CONCERNING FILLING of SERVICE RECORDS of WORKERS
The letter of the Ministry of Labour and social policy of Ukraine from 26.05.08 of No. 144/06/186-08.
According to article 27 of the Law of Ukraine About a farm issue of service records to members of a farm and to citizens who work in it according to the employment contract (contract), and their maintaining are carried out according to the legislation of Ukraine on work.
According to article 34 of the specified Law operating time in a farm of members of an economy and persons who work in it according to the employment contract (contract), is set off in the general and work uninterrupted length of service on the basis of employment records and documents which confirm payment of contributions to social insurance.
The order of maintaining service records is defined by the resolution of Cabinet council of Ukraine About service records of workers from 27.04.93 of No. 301 and the Instruction about an order of maintaining service records of the workers, approved by the order of the Ministry of Labour of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of social protection of the population of Ukraine from 29.07.93 of No. 58 (with changes).
According to the paragraph of the third point 4.1 specified above the Instruction in case of dismissal of persons which worked in a country (farmer) economy according to the employment contract, or the terminations of membership in a country (farmer) economy after the corresponding entries in the service records made by the chairman of a country (farmer) economy, the seniority in this economy proves to be true the signature of a rukoyovoditel, the deputy, other representative on it faces and is certified by the press of local body of the state executive authority.
Proceeding from the aforesaid, the specified Instruction accurately defines powers of local body of the state executive authority concerning assurance by the printing of the seniority of workers of farms.
