Cars for mechanization of processing of agricultural production

In this article it is a question of the car for cleaning of root crops of MKO 600, 66 the main technical characteristics and an operating procedure on it.

           In all civilized countries providing citizens with food, is the most priyooritetny task. From a various set of the food entering into a consumer basket, we focus attention only on separate root crops (a table beet, potatoes, carrots) which products of processing and their direct consumption take an important place both in a food allowance of people, and in many processing branches.

           Now topical issue of mechanization of processes of processing of vegetable agricultural production. The JSC Todak enterprise (Kiev) developed and made the car for nepryryvny cleaning of root crops of MKO 600.

           This car is intended for peel removal from potatoes and beet tubers. It is established in product lines on potatoes and beet processing or can independently be used at the enterprises of processing branch under condition of a continuity of loading by raw materials. The car should be made performed by UHL 4 and corresponds to GOST 12.2.124-90 requirements. Its main technical characteristics are given below:

           The design of a framework of the car is made of the material of the Belgian company "Quadrant" used for products, having contact to foodstuff and there corresponds to European Union directives (EU), "To rules for consumers of the goods, Germany" and "To rules of Federal management on sanitary inspection behind quality of production, to the USA". A material of Poliatsital of "N" – the gomopolimer of ERTACEAL has fine physicomechanical properties that much more allows to reduce labor input of an izgoyotovleniye of a product.

           

           Management of car is carried out by means of a control panel.

The car works as follows. The sorted tubers loaded through a loading window get to the first section on fast-rotating abrasive shaft. Rotating round own axis, tubers are cleared by abrasive rollers and gradually move along shaft to a window under the influence of again arriving tubers. Through a window tubers get to the second section where make the same way to the opposite side (on width of the car). Having passed through all four sections, tubers approach to an unloading window and on a tray leave the car. Moving ahead in the car, tubers continuously rub about abrasive rollers and are washed by water streams from the shower. Thanks to a friction about abrasive rollers from a surface of tubers it is torn off, and water washes away a peel; they leave completely cleared the last section (except for eyes and deepenings).

           Depending on quality of tubers, their sizes and a season for receiving high-quality cleaning it is necessary to regulate time of finding of tubers in the car. Such adjustment is carried out by change of width of windows in partitions and change of width of an unloading window.

           At adjustment adjustment of a consumption of water is made also. It is established minimum, but sufficient for receiving pure tubers.

           After cleaning tubers get on the conveyor (table) of inspection and tertiary treatment where tertiary treatment (removal of eyes) is made. For decrease in percent of a waste, reduction of a consumption of water and increase in a length of life of abrasives tubers should be washed up previously.
