The family of vertically reversive crushers of the grain which advantage consists in simplicity of a design, convenience at operation and relative low cost is offered. The table with parameters of base crushers is provided.

Seven-year production check of an experimental batch in number of 70 pieces proved essential advantages of vertically reversive crushers of grain. Improvement of separate details was at the same time carried out that considerably increased their operational reliability.
The vertically reversive crusher consists of the bunker under which the electric motor is vertically established, and the crushing chamber is attached to it with a rotor planted on the end of a shaft of the engine that excludes a dimensional klino-belt drive. On a rotor disk sharnirno establish on axes hammers for material crushing. Under a rotor the sieve and a target cone for the direction of the crushed material in the bag suspended to a cone or other capacity is fixed. This design establish on a tripod (a photo 1).
In operating time in the bunker fill up grain which a zaslonka dose out in the chamber where it is split up to the corresponding standard it is dependent on diameter of openings of the established sieve and through a cone it is deduced from a crusher.
One of advantages of vertically reversive crushers – simplicity of a design, application only four serial hammers, whereas in their analogs 80 and more. a working zone of crushing – 3600. The small sizes, especially after fast dismantle of a tripod, and masses (50-80 kg) give the chance to transport it something.

Their small dimensions (the area – 0,3m2, height – 1,5m) give the chance to establish the unit in any place of a room and on processing lines of preparation of compound feeds and premixes. For moving of the crushed product it is possible to complete a crusher with the pneumoconveyor which establish instead of a target cone. Updatings are developed for three – and single-phase currents that is convenient for owners at whom connection to a three-phase current is economically unprofitable.

Parameters of base vertically reversive crushers
The system of dispensing of materials promotes crushing of all types of grain, hay, crude ears of corn without their lushcheniye and food spices (a branch with a bay leaf, pepper and dr). Of grain make dert the different module of crushing for a bird, cows, pigs. If to establish the corresponding sieve, it is possible even grind a vysevkovy flour for a batch of dietary and medical bread. It is known that in composition of compound feed it is necessary to add 5-10 % of a vitamin flour which can be received from qualitative hay by means of this crusher. The sieve can be changed within 5 minutes, and hammers – in 20 minutes after processing of 400 t of grain.
In case of operation of one horn of a hammer it is enough to change the direction of a turn of a rotor for what interchange the position of two plugs of windings of the electric motor that is inadmissible in crushers with a unilateral reversing of a rotor. If both parties worked well together, each hammer suspend the opposite end. Thanks to small quantity of hammers (4 pieces) which rotate in one plane and their symmetric placement, practically there is no vibration that is difficult for reaching in analogs.
If potrebny crushers of bigger productivity, some developed are cheaper and more reliable to establish: if one fails, there will be for use another. As for the price of one serial crusher productivity of 3 t/hours it is possible to buy nearly 10 pieces of vertically reversive crushers productivity of 1 t/hour.
Reliability of vertically reversive crushers answers the best samples of equipment: the operating time reaches 20000 hours that is equivalent to 10-year amortization term of operation at the eight-hour working day. A warranty period – one year. On the electric motor the guarantee doesn’t extend. Deliver a crusher with one base sieve with openings of 5 mm. Other sieves – for an additional payment.
