In this publication it is a question that in Kiev took place III congress of National agricultural chamber of Ukraine (NSPU), this public organization received the status all Ukraine, has the branched-out network of regional agricultural chambers and local cells in many regions of our country, and also remains to one of the most powerful organizations in the agrarian and industrial complex sphere.
The chamber became coordinating body of different public organizations of an agarny profile and the intermediary between executive and legislature. At Chamber the Credit union and the Arbitration court for the purpose of financial support and legal protection of members of NSPU is created.

The minister of an agrarian policy of Ukraine Yury Melnik took part in the III congress of National agricultural chamber of Ukraine. This public organization created in 2004 and really received the status all Ukraine, has the branched-out network of regional agricultural chambers and local cells in many regions of our country.
Addressing present, the minister emphasized that for the last years the National agricultural chamber of Ukraine was and remains to one of the most powerful public organizations of the country in the agrarian and industrial complex sphere, constantly takes the weighed and consecutive position concerning need of formation of favorable conditions for activity of agricultural producers and providing necessary standards of living conditions and work in the rural zone.
On belief of participants of congress, the Chamber became coordinating body of different public organizations of an agrarian profile and the intermediary between executive and legislature.
The Chamber presentation at the international level – in particular in Committee of professional agricultural organizations of European Union, in representation of Ukraine in EU, other European institutes took place. 8 memorandums of cooperation with different foreign countries with which structures of business of the country introduce the general projects are signed, involve investments into agrarian sector.
At Chamber the Credit union and the Arbitration court for the purpose of financial support and legal protection of members of NSPU is created.
About it, and also about the following steps on development and Chamber strengthening to expansion of its activity were spoken at the III congress by the President of NSPU Mikhail Glady and delegates of congress.
On the discussed questions a number of decisions, in particular about modification of the Chamber Charter, About symbolics, About NSPU structure, About modification of Presidium structure is accepted, and also approved the main strategic activities of NSPU.
