At the Crimean state agrotechnological university conference on which questions of revival and development were considered is carried out there is no time one of the most profitable branches – wine growing.
The vice-chairman of Council of ministers of AR Crimea N. Kolisnichenko, the chairman of the Constant commission of the Verkhovna Rada of AR Crimea took part in work of conference on the agrarian and land questions, ecology and rational environmental management of the Lake Rusetsky, the minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea P. Akimov, the rector KGATU M.Melnikov, representatives of the Crimean science, the district state administrations, specialists of agrarian and industrial complex of our republic, representatives of the organizations serving agricultural industry and the enterprises.
The director of the APP Crimean institute making the report Vladimir Pashtetsky told about cooperation of the Crimean scientific institutions with production workers of all branches of agricultural industry of our autonomy on the contractual basis, bringing positive results.
The head of the department of wine growing and winemaking of agrotechnological university professor A. Dikan, having paid a memory tribute to that time when in the Crimea the area under vineyards exceeded 152 thousand hectares, and gross gathering solar berries – 660 thousand tons, with grief in a voice called figure of present time – 33,5 thousand hectares. Well and gross collecting, naturally, scanty that was during that time.
In details considering the present situation which has developed in branch, the professor noticed that for restoration lost knowledge, an initiative and money are necessary. He called wine-growers Mikhail Vlasov and Martha Weiss, Nikolay Dontsov, employees of AGROYUKOS private enterprise and others.
Concerning prospects, the speaker noted that in details developed development program and crediting accepted for agricultural producers, and still scientific and technological support is necessary.
It is characteristic that from lips acting it was possible to hear at this conference not only names become traditional at us foreign grades, were called both grades and hybrids, clones in a complex steady about which earlier apologists of traditional winemaking and didn’t want to hear: Antya Magarachsky, Danko, Tavkveri, Bukovinka, Rubin of Golodrigi and others. Moreover, now about in a complex steady grades of grapes speak as about only suitable for vineyards of the steppe Crimea. And in general the acting stood up that being defined at last accurately, where what garden culture where what grade of grapes in our Crimean, so strongly differing both on soils and on climate regions, to grow up.
Were discussed on conferences and purely technological problems: cultivation of bezvirusny saplings, methods of rescue of plantings from frosts, modern technologies of cultivation of a landing material in open nurseries and hothouses, their disembarkation in holes under the drill.
The wine-grower from the village Heroic the Saksky area M. Vlasov, being in due time the chairman of collective farm of a name of Voykov of this area, in a valley planted grapes. Three hectares which allowed to lift economy economy on high level. Reform cut down those grapes at the roots.
