In this publication it is a question about many functionality of equipment, as of one of the fixed effective remedies of reduction of the cost of cost of forages and, respectively, cattle-breeding production: milk and meat. For preparation of stebelny forages – hay, senazha, grain senazha and a silo is used by various mowers, a rake and kormouborochny combines. The analysis of operations and working bodies of kormouborochny equipment allowed to develop the concept of creation of the multipurpose car.
The created multipurpose car replaces a row of specialized harvest equipment and as show calculations, its application can reduce several times capital expenditure for preparation of stebelny forages, and finally reduce for 25-30 % prime cost of cattle-breeding production.

Multifunctionality of equipment – one of the fixed effective remedies of reduction of the cost of cost of stebelny forages and, respectively, cattle-breeding production: milk and meat. Each two percent of reduction of cost of forages reduce cost of production of animal husbandry for 1,0-1,4 %, or approximately on as much increase its profitability.
At preparation of stebelny forages – hay, senazha, zernosenazha and a silo the following operations are carried out: a skashivaniye, a sgrebaniye-tedding of wolves, selection and weight crushing, its loading in technological transport. For this purpose use various mowers, a rake and kormouborochny combines.
The analysis of operations and working bodies of kormouborochny equipment allowed to develop the concept of creation of the multipurpose kormouborochny car. As base of such car the self-propelled part of the nutritious crushing device of the domestic kukuruzouborochny Hersonets-200 KSKU-6 combine on which adapted adapters from the Belarusian self-propelled kormouborochny KSK-100 combine was taken. For this purpose developed special transitional hinged system and a drive of adapters. Considering physicomechanical properties of forage crops, strengthened the third support fastening of knifes and a tightening a special excentric key of bolts their fastening on a drum. Additional oporaisklyuchila a progibaniye of knifes from increase in loadings also reduced number of failures of grinders. For the purpose of improvement of quality of crushing of stalks and corn grain on a silo to 96 % in a phase of the maximum nutritiousness at wax ripeness of grain installation instead of a smooth podbarabanye of a ridge rekator was provided. The received forage which reminds the split senazhny weight mixed with grain, practically without a waste is eaten by cattle and as a result nadoi raise to 20 %. The difficult and unreliable mechanism of turn massoprovoda was replaced with the simple drive which has been executed in the form of small-sized serial gidrocelindra. Thus five combines were upgraded, including three – is direct in farms. After production operation of these combines throughout several seasons of claims to the developer didn’t arrive.
Skashivaniye of herbs in is shaky was carried out by a grassy harvester from KSK-100 for what the drive of the nutritious crushing device was disconnected and specially made hatch of a target window of a harvester which directed a slanted grass under the combine between wheels was slightly opened. It created conditions for aeration is shaky also its fast drying to konditsionny humidity of 17 % – for hay and 55 % – for senazha. Picking up and a tedding of wolves was carried out by a sorter from KSK-100.
