The enterprise was created in 1971 as Experimental hothouse kombinat "Simferopol", in 1997 is reorganized into KSP "Krymteplitsa", in 2000 – in SOOO "Krymteplitsa".V 1988 – 1992 the combine was considered as the best in the USSR, making 4000 – 5500 tons of early vegetables.
Since 1993 production was sharply reduced, and since October, 1996 was is completely suspended: the heating system on the area of 24 hectares is defrozen, hothouses rasstekleny, the salary wasn’t paid to workers, the debt for energy carriers and materials made 2 million hryvnias.
The combine is in many respects obliged by the revival and today’s achievements to the director general A. Vasilyev, pravyoleniye of KSP "Krymteplitsa" unanimously chosen by the chairman in October, 1997.
Production life at combine renewed in April, 1997, and already by the end of the same year 1190 tons of vegetables were made. The highly skilled expert and the skillful organizer possessing huge working capacity, A.Vasilyev managed not only to achieve an enterprise vosstayonovleniye, but to reconstruct and equip it according to the most advanced technologies of production of vegetables in the protected soil.
Today SOOO "Krymteplitsa" is the leader in Ukraine on cultivation of early vegetables. In 2007 the enterprise made 9,2 thousand tons of production that is the highest indicator for all history of work of combine. Thus average productivity made 39,7 kg/m ², including tomatoes – 44,1 kg/m ², cucumbers – 29,2 kg/m ².
In hothouses of the enterprise systems of planimetric heating of plants and isparitelny cooling are widely applied. The laboratory on production of biological products for protection of plants against harmful organisms is created and functions. Thanks to a priyomeneniye of biological methods of protection of plants, the enterprise proizvodit non-polluting production. Quality of production is under continuous control of an agrochemical laboratoyoriya. Own laboratory on production of bumblebees which are used as for pollination of own tomatoes, pepper, an eggplant, and for realization to other hothouse combines organized.
At the enterprise work a dining room, a dental surgery, a first-aid post, Production blocks have the equipped household rooms. To workers a predyopriyatiya interest-free loans stand out, to pensioners there is a financial support, children of employees of the enterprise have a rest in recreation camps, and workers – in pansionatax and sanatoria. In SOOO "Krymteplitsa" the special attention is given to sports development. In 2003 the stadium on 1300 places with a football field was constructed. The team of football club "Krymteplitsa" achieves good results in the championships of Ukraine on football.
