The ministry of an agrarian policy informs agricultural producers of competition conditions on providing partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery.
The agricultural machinery list with the indication of manufacturer and its costs, and also a form of the demand and other documents necessary for receiving compensation is given.
For the state support of agricultural producers the Government of Ukraine for the last four years carries out the program of delivery of difficult agricultural machinery on the terms of partial (30 %) cost compensations that gave the chance to agricultural producers of the Crimea to get 63 units of equipment for the sum of 6,9 million UAH., from which 2,1 million UAH. it was compensated.
In 2006 of 26 manufacturers offer to sale of 108 brands of various equipment.
For acquisition of difficult agricultural machinery the agricultural producer (Applicant), wishing to participate in competition, should submit the demand and the following documents (appendix 1) to the Ministry of an agrarian policy of the Crimea.
Thus the Applicant bears full responsibility for reliability of provided information.
The ministry commission at the meeting considers the received documents and submits the conclusion about granting to the applicant of the reference, giving the chance the conclusions of the contract for acquisition of difficult agricultural machinery from 30 % cost compensation.
In case of inadequate registration of the presented documents the commission rejects the demand of the Applicant.

In case of equipment acquisition at the prices is lower approved as this list, partial compensation of its cost is provided on the actual price.
Documents necessary for receiving monetary compensation
1. A contract copy with the supplier.
2. Copy of the invoice.
3. Copy of the payment order.
4. Copy of the acceptance report on receiving equipment.
Consideration of demands of applicants of the producer by the competitive commission with 15 on 25 number monthly.
