Within several decades the L-carnitine is used in a food of people, playing a key role in a power metabolism. In the sphere of agricultural production this product in recent years found application, first of all, in a svinovodstvo, and also in dairy cattle breeding for prevention ketozov. However, in a number of the western countries the L-carnitine is applied in poultry farming. Tests on various groups of a bird (parental herd, laying hens, broilers) are carried out. Analyzing results of similar tests, it is possible to allocate the following effects reached by addition of a L-carnitine in forages of various groups of a bird.
The increase in the maintenance of a L-carnitine in a stomach as show some researches, is observed after 5-7 days since the beginning of its addition in a forage.
