In this publication it is said that is necessary for data to a traumatism minimum in agricultural industry: Minagropolitiki Ukrainy to organize quarterly editions of special newsletters (leaves) on labor protection; and to its sellers it is necessary for design organizations, producers of agricultural machinery to provide users with necessary operational documentation with high degree of knowledge of all possible dangers during operation of cars and ways of their elimination.

Now sharply there is a question of providing agricultural industry skilled workers. Middle age working at farms and in the field makes 58 years that is a disturbing symptom of further destiny of production of page – x. production.
Complications of agricultural machinery lead to an intensification of dangerous and harmful factors. The operator should own necessary volume of knowledge, to be according to trained and to have a certain speed of reaction to the dangerous situations arising during management. It should be attentive as the car doesn’t suffer negligence and erroneous actions in a high measure. Short-term loss of control of car or environment can lead not only to technological violations, but also to tragic consequences. The operator should have sufficient information on the served car, periodically to update and deepen the knowledge training on the corresponding courses.
Information on the car should be stated in full, logic sequence, it is easy to be perceived.
One of the industrial injuries reasons in agricultural industry (at 10-15 cases from 100) are shortcomings of training when receiving base vocational training. At 40-50 cases of a traumatism the accompanying reason of emergence of dangerous cases are shortcomings which are to some extent connected with poor-quality
training by a safe method of work directly in labor collectives.
Heads of page – x. the enterprises bear full responsibility for labor protection in an economy, for the training organization, instructing on workplaces on safe methods of work of machine operators. However in practice these questions often get out of hand, instructing are carried out formally and aren’t effective.
Development of the system of information support of farms of agrarian and industrial complex by concrete materials is extremely necessary for increase of learning efficiency and instructing on a workplace on injury prevention.
To extremely important domestic producers and trade bodies of page – x. equipment to understand that providing necessary information – one of priorities of ensuring safe operation of the car, and The operation manual … should be considered as an integral part of the car. And suppliers of foreign equipment in some cases give information in a foreign language or in the form of unqualified transfer.
According to the Law of Ukraine About protection of the rights of buyers of page – x. cars (Art. 7), buyers have the right to obtaining necessary information on the car, work, services, etc.
Information concerning observance of rules of labor protection should contain:
– car name;
– designation of the normative legal acts to which requirements pages should answer – x. cars, works, services;
– the cars given about the main properties, works, conditions of use and storage, the prevention of rather safe operation;
– data on possible formation of unhealthy working conditions, contra-indications to its application.
Now the list and quality of production of technical documentation are regulated by GOST 27388-87 Operational documents of agricultural machinery.
Foreign firms complete each car with operational documentation which corresponds to ISO3600:1996 requirements Tractors, cars for rural and forestry …. Today the organizations which sell foreign equipment, in most cases give to the user the reduced transfers Operation manuals … from which a lot of valuable information, including on labor protection is excluded.
As to producers domestic page – x. technicians, they also don’t give due value of knowledge of the user about safe service of cars.
In the Managements … there are not enough drawings, schemes which facilitate perception of information.
