Article is devoted to construction of the first plants in Ukraine on production of a biodiesel engine. In it it is told about creation of cooperation management enterprises with German partners and bank in rape processing on fuel, for the purpose of stable providing with energy resources of agrarian sector.

The urgency of search of alternative power sources increases every year. By estimates of experts, a terrestrial subsoil is settled, and oil will suffice for about 30-40 years. therefore it is necessary to look for resources within the country.
Vinnytsia region together with Forum bank will start by the end of August, 2006 three plants on production of a biodiesel engine. Plants in capacity of 20 thousand t. a biodiesel engine in a year everyone and with an estimated cost of 30 million euros it will be constructed in Vinnytsia, Tulchinsky and Khmelnytsky areas. All their production will be realized in the territory of Vinnytsia region. Limiting profitability of plants – 15 %. From ton of a rape it is possible to receive about 300 kg (30 %) rape oil, and from it – 270 kg of biodiesel fuel. For receiving biofuel will be used rape oil. In this regard in 2006 in area it is four times increased the areas of crops of a rape – to 41 thousand hectares.
The Kharkov area together with German partners started creation of cooperation management enterprise (in the Shevchenkovsky area) on rape processing on fuel. Documents on the joint venture organization on plant construction in capacity of 65 thousand t of seeds in a year are prepared. Cost of the project makes about 16 million euros, they are invested by the German company WITTSOCK.
In the Volynsk area German EOPBiodieselAG and Ukrainian The cascade – prodakshn LTD. have intention to begin plant construction on biodiesel engine release from a rape in capacity of 100 thousand tons in a year. Project cost – 40 million euros. Future owners are sure that with realization they will have no problems. Two plants on production of environmentally friendly fuel plan to send rape oil of the Volynsk flood to Germany, where in EOPBiodieselAG. Besides, stable demand for a biodiesel engine guarantees EU legislation. In the European Union the 25th instruction which obliges all countries of community to apply this additive for this reason the countries – participants should increase biodiesel engine consumption by 2 % annually operates.
At the end of last year the Cabinet council approved the concept of the Development program of production of diesel biofuel. According to calculations, for guaranteed ensuring carrying out agricultural works in agro-industrial complex (on technological norms) about 1870 thousand t of diesel fuel and 620 thousand t of gasoline are annually necessary.
For production of such amount of fuel nearly 4,5 million t of oil which mainly import are used. Increase in the area of crops of a rape to 10 % of total area of a plowed land in Ukraine and processing of 75 % of a collected crop on biofuel gives the chance to solve a problem of stable supply by energy resources of agrarian sector of economy at the expense of own non-polluting renewable source. As it is specified in the program, thanks to the mentioned measures, the volume of gross domestic product will increase on 14,72 billion UAH, and the amount of additional receipt of funds in the budget will increase by 1,6 billion UAH.
