It is a question of experience of wine-growers from the Dzhankoysky area, begun with small – priusadebny vineyards, and then having put a big vineyard in the steppe, were engaged in cultivation of table grapes of in a complex steady grades on modern technologies, transferred all plantings to a drop irrigation.
And they widely swung, these three from Roshchino of the Dzhankoysky area. Each of them, both Nikolay Choropita, and Sergey Ilyukhin, and Yury Kalin began with the priusadebny vineyards. Passed a difficult way of knowledge. After all only one of them, Yury Kalin, as an agriculturist-fruit grower, two others – engineers-electronics engineers.
These three enthusiasts carried away by one business decided at last on a risky step – to pass to a professional basis, having united got to them at a raspayevaniye of the collective-farm earth ground shares … And behind a village fence of the village the three-hectare vineyard turned green soon.
In September, 2005 at the Bottom of a field carried out to Roshchino wine-growers presented already fructifying vineyard on a review. Participation in this seminar accepted not only the Crimean farmers, experts of agricultural industry, scientific, but also their colleagues from the next southern regions of Ukraine. The assessment was unanimous – an excellent vineyard, excellent grapes.
But also it it seemed to his owners a little. This year "threatened" on one vineyard – eight-hectare.
Transition from a lyubitelstvo to wine growing industrial was marked by that this tripartite trade union received the official name of JSC Agro-Yukos. And when this society became the client of the international Project of agrarian marketing, before it doors in the civilized market opened, there were new possibilities in development of modern technologies.
The Priusadebny – a springboard to field
I had to visit Roshchino in September, 2006, to look that remained on rods after severe winter. The owner – Sergey Illyukhin, conducting me along lanes, showed a bush covered by heavy amber clusters.

And this summer it had a mood absolutely another. Grapes young powerful rods shot, and them densely stuck round started to pour inflorescence berry. Now the care another – superfluous to tear off, not to overload bushes.
Houses at Sergey and at his colleagues on wine growing can be found now and such novelties as the Ataman, Ringing of church bells, the Tuzlovsky giant, the Tsarevna of Bulgaria and many other. But in the field while the road is closed by it: aren’t rolled yet. But prospects are already looked through, especially at Ringing of church bells and the Tuzlovsky giant.
In the field and nowadays approved Golben Nou, the Gift to Zaporozhye, Arcady, the Talisman.
They while only grow up grapes table. And to it as practice showed, the open space is necessary. After all generally these grades silnorosly. Therefore decided to give to its rods freedom. And as well as the grades, new formirovka of bushes passed a running in on personal plots. G-shaped T-shaped, but the V-shaped affirmed as the steppe while only. She certainly more expensive, demands more stakes, but the sleeves dissolved on two parties allow the sun to look in bushes, and it is better to breeze to blow them. And berry ripens quicker and better, and diseases exasperate less.
And now in the summer Sergey showed me one more new formirovka – an odnorukavny cordon. As though the hand bent in an elbow on which ranks extended up fingers – rods.
- I want to test – he – after all explained grapes cultivation – pleasure expensive. Therefore we look for short ways to profit. And it at us is possible only at the expense of productivity increase. The drop protects life

Saplings from a gelioteplitsa
Now in the spring in the Crimea two seminars of wine-growers and wine makers on which, in particular, the great attention was given to cultivation of grape saplings practising now around the world in hothouses were carried out. Went to Roshchino and to the surprise on the brink of a field, near the new site broken under a vineyard a bit later, saw a high film dome of a gelioteplitsa.
To me explained that here in April exposed 35 thousand containers with chubukami to grow up, in two months, high-grade saplings for new plantings. To assume that May will such dry they not could, and therefore not especially hurried. If chubuki landed in a hothouse slightly earlier, the result would be better, and so burst drought here and there dried. So the first pancake appeared not that that a lump, but with lumps.
Nevertheless that survived sufficed on some hectares. Saplings are landed on a plantation, grow. The remained area will be set in the autumn with saplings from a matochnik of open soil.
On what hope, men?!
Men look at the tired-out hands, shrug shoulders …
And on what to them still to hope, except as on da’s calloused hands master’s sharpness, a razvorotlivost business. It is said that the system of crediting, dating over time is improved. Well it while it’s all up in the air.
For now they live without profits. Everything that is required for their families give them their house vineyards. And that that is received from an industrial vineyard by all put in these newest hothouses, a drop irrigation, equipment. Turn, as they say, like a squirrel in a cage. However turn! And others involve in a circle. After all new vineyards, hothouses and other – it and new workplaces.
And in the long term the stogektarny vineyard somewhere looms …
