                       Motley market of Europe.

           In the market of harvest equipment in Europe it is possible to ascertain a big variety of types, brands, and also increasing number of offers on field service.

           In Germany the leader in the market is "Klaas" who made last year of 47 % of all combines sold in the country (about 2800 units). Slightly more than 22 % are the share of CNH with the New Holland and Case brands, behind them there is John a shooting gallery – about 20 %. Except them for the market open space in Europe other firms combat also.

           Today clients even more often order equipment with powerful engines and molotilny devices which have also big capacity.

Positive shifts are observed in the Russian kombaynostroyeniye. Now the number of the let-out cars fluctuates at level of 7000-8000 units annually.

Main producers of grain-harvesting equipment.

The Klaas firm specializes by cars for cleaning grain and forages.

Every third sold combine in Europe and almost every second in Germany carry the Klaas brand. The automatic accounting of productivity with use of system of global positioning became standard equipment of the combine. In the concept of rendering of services two for one (the producer and the dealer for an ultimate consumer) own centers of field service support trade in the organization of the first class training, providing with spare parts, consultation, etc.

Release of Klaas combines in Russia is now begun, negotiations on the possible organization of production in Ukraine are carried on.

The CNH firm ("Case", "New Holland") is a holding of agricultural mechanical engineering which as equals combats with "John Dir" for leadership in the world market. Every third combine and every fourth tractor in the world is let out at Case plants and "New Holland". The firm aspires to resistant annual economy of 600 million euros at the expense of increasing unification of details and comprehensive cooperation in development of production, purchase, material security and management structure.

The firm "John Dir" has intentions to reach in the European market of the same positions what it occupies on the market of the USA and in the near future to double a turn. Sellers and consumers of agricultural machinery from Europe have training necessary preparation in the consulting training center in Brukhzal and can order right there in the central warehouse necessary spare parts. Besides, "John Dir" – is firm which constantly prosecutes subjects of optimization of all process of a kombaynirovaniye.

Determinant of success in the future.

           What expects us in the next years in the market of combine harvesters? To find the answer to this question, it is necessary to have general idea of the actual directions of development of harvest equipment. It is clear, that it is aimed at increase of capacity of combines, purity obmolota with an insignificant part of drobleny grain, and also as a whole on reduction of losses of grain. Besides, cars should be komfortabelny in using. The combine is more and more considered as the central link in harvesting system. This system should satisfy such requirements.

           High extent of crushing of straw is necessary for the subsequent problemless lushcheniye of an eddish behind the combine and its uniform distribution on a soil surface.

           The qualitative model of a grain farm should be based on collecting and documentation of indicators of productivity by means of positioning system.

           To carry out harvesting to optimum two weeks, the increasing value is gained by so-called "soft" factors of success to which leading producers of combines pay attention first of all:

           - round-the-clock providing with spare parts;

           - effective, mobile service;

           - improvement of training of drivers;

           - corresponding rent financing/model;

           - documentation of data on the basis of computer systems;

           - assistance to clients by optimization of processes of a kombaynirovaniye.

                       Some conclusions.

           Concentration in the European kombaynovy market is high: 90 its % belong to three firms – "Klaas", "Keyes-New Holland" and "John Dir". Certainly there are a lot of small, enough brisk producers who give surprises budorazhushchy the market the novelties and successfully affirming on it in fight against powerful competitors. The client, thus, has rather wide choice as brands, and the equipment. It is clear, that the tendency is directed towards creation of a reserve of capacity of the combine. Due to a big variety of equipment of equipment, the first class service and good providing with spare parts become solving arguments upon purchase.
