           After grapes cleaning, especially berries of table grades, the progressive tense for further realization and use in the winter and in the spring is more favorable to keep.

           For this purpose clean clusters in dry weather. To cut off them follows secateurs, leaving a grebnenozhka as it is possible more long. For it it is necessary to hold a cluster not to erase a natural voskovy raid on berries which serves as preservative and protects berries from damage. The flat, struck or injured berries are removed. Clusters stack in vegetable trays, the bottom is dimmed by a white paper. The container filled with clusters at once put in a cool dark room. On corners of boxes put 2-3 tablets of bisulphate of potassium or bisulphate of sodium and leave indoors with t not higher 80S and humidity of air – to 70 %.

           It is possible to store clusters and in "nonconventional" container, displaying on storage regiments. It is possible to suspend them on a pole. 2 clusters connect for grebnenozhka a twine and throw through a pole that they hung at different height.

           The way of storage on a rod is effective also. The cluster is cut off together with a part of escape: 20 cm are lower than a cluster and 10 cm are higher than it. The bottom end is located in a bottle with the distilled or boiled water in which lower a tablet of absorbent carbon and dissolve salt gram.
