           In the general strategy of technical providing the solution of problems of technical service in Europe is solved by producer companies of equipment. At us once to maintenance of tractors, combines and other agricultural cars in field conditions applied units of servicing and automobile repair shops. The need for such specialized units is and today. In such important issue as technical service of difficult and expensive cars it is impossible to rely only on nuggets – kulibiny. The professional, qualified approach is necessary.

           It is necessary to provide points of maintenance and repair of MTP with standard processing equipment and adaptations which would give the chance operatively and to perform works on technical service qualitatively.

           To ignore problems of technical service it is impossible. For it is a reason for negligent attitude of ekspluatatsionnik to equipment. If in farms will forget that such schedule and the regulations of maintenance which don’t discuss, and carry out, and if the tractor operator or the combine operator doesn’t know operations daily TO-1, TO-2, respectively, they they and won’t be carry out. And it is probable breakage with duration and labor input, expenses in five – ten times big, rather than at regulations service.

           It is necessary to develop standard projects of machine yards, modern cheap covered rooms for storage of difficult and expensive technique on the basis of cooperations and other organizational forms of use.

           Firms, manufacturing plants should be engaged in problems of service of a difficult technique.

           From domestic producers of agricultural machinery meanwhile it is necessary to dream of firm service only.

           Yet didn’t begin domestic tradition at the same time with equipment to advertize ensuring capacity of the acquired car through firm service.

           At leading global manufacturers, in particular firms "John Dir", development of theoretical and applied problems of realization of firm service of production begins at the same time with development of new model of the car.

           According to the classical scheme, in service structure there should be stationary points and special mobile cars, equipment, tools, devices, technological and standard documentation, qualified personnel.

           On conclusions of foreign economists, service trade is one of the most perspective branches of economy. In industrialized countries the share of services in gross domestic product exceeds 70 %. Besides high-quality technical service is a powerful incentive for consumers during advance of the goods in the market.

           Formation of firm service in agrarian and industrial complex should be begun with organizational bases which demand the minimum means: the first – to create in MINAP department of marketing and management of the technical service, the second – to update activity of Institute of problems of technical service.

           Financiers and economists during calculations of charges of the offered structures should prove them losses which are born by agrarian production because of poor-quality technical service. Let’s remember popular wisdom: penny-wise and pound-foolish.
