The list of available means of the mechanization connected with a bookmark and care of long-term plantings and offered to realization of GP "Plodmashproyekt" is provided.
DEPARTMENT of MECHANIZATION of LABOUR-INTENSIVE PROCESSES IN GARDENS I
The department of mechanization of labor-intensive processes in gardens and vineyards of GP "Plodmashproyekt" develops design documentation on new types and improvement of available means of the mechanization applied to all types of works, connected with a bookmark and care of long-term plantings:
– manufacturing of models, experimental and prototypes of new equipment.
– development and manufacturing of the equipment, adaptations and working bodies to agricultural cars by individual orders of consumers.
Now the following cars and adaptations for a laying of gardens, vineyards, care of a shkolka are offered: a yamokopatel universal garden and vineyard YaSVP – 1, a fitter of columns on vineyards 3K – 4, a fitter of columns on KDU vineyards – 3, a fitter of columns on 3KG vineyards – 4, the hydrodrill manual GB, a plow vykopochny PGV for a vineyard shkolka.
Cars and adaptations for work in gardens and on vineyards: a cultivator of KV – 3, the unit for emptying of rods and escapes in gardens and vineyards the SHAFT, a yamokopatel with rotary working body for repair of vineyards of UPYa, a special body bunker for BKV grapes transportation – 2,8A.
The equipment for chemical protection of plants: OPSV sprayer – 1600, the unit for introduction of AVG herbicides – 600, ONSV sprayer – 600, a sprayer shtangovy OPShN – 12, re-equipment of a sprayer of OPV – 2000, re-equipment of sprayers of OP – 15, OP – 2000, a fan wheel, jellied filters, a nozzle centrifugal.
At institute design documentation on 17 types of cars and adaptations is also developed for implementation of the mechanized works in long-term plantings.
