Results of tests of a combine harvester of KZS – 9-2 the productions of JSC Hersonsky mashinostroitelny zavod which have been carried out in UKRNIIPIT of L.Pogorelov are given.
Technical specification.
Engine. Diesel, YaMZ 238AK in capacity of 173 kW. Has high technical reliability.
The inclined chamber is intended for transfer of stem weight from a pro-rate to molotilno – to the separating device. It consists of the case, the top power shaft, the bottom conducted shaft, the chain conveyor, a counterpower shaft and the reverse mechanism.
The thresher consists of the case, molotilno – the separating adaptation, solomotryasa, vetroreshetny cleaning, the domolachivayushchy adaptation, transporting bodies and drives. Engineering procedure passes without a zabivaniye and with the minimum losses of grain.
Cabin. Metallo-steklyannaya, thermo – and shumoizolirovanny, safe, it is equipped with warm and ventilating installation and the conditioner. It is spacious. The dust content in a zone of breath of the operator doesn’t exceed admissible norms.
The running gear consists of the leader and the conducted bridge. Vedushchy Bridge consists of a beam, a box of ranges, onboard reducers on which disk brakes, the left and right half shafts, connecting couplings and the hydromotor are fixed. The bridge of conducted wheels consists of a beam and the turn mechanism. Use of tires of low pressure expands a zone of contact of a wheel with the soil and strengthens draft, reduces a consumption of fuel and reduces soil consolidation by wheels.
System of electric equipment of the combine – a single-wire electric network with tension 24 In which consists of akkomulyatorny batteries, the generator with the relay regulator, a starter, datchikovy equipment, instrumentations, the sound and light alarm system, external, internal and figurative lighting, the conditioner, the block of electrohydrodistributors, the engine reducer. The hydrostatic drive consists of the bridge of driving wheels and a four-stage box of ranges with differential. Provides ease and accuracy of a steering.
