The mechanism of repayment of soft loans on acquisition of agricultural machinery and some other, concerning village revival was finished.

The concept of priority development of agrarian sector of economy and sockultbyta villages of the Autonomous Republic Crimea, acceptance by the Supreme Council of an autonomy, starts to work. On April 21 on the basis of JSC Krymteplitsa passed a seminar meeting on which one of its most urgent aspects – radical updating of machine and tractor park was considered.
Still restoration and its development were interfered by shortage of financial means. Nowadays agricultural producers can count on the budgetary help: to 10 million hryvnias.
Heads of agro-industrial complex, chairmen of the district state administrations, agricultural producers, farmers took part in work of a seminar meeting.
The seminar began with demonstration of the new equipment collected in shops of the Simferopol association "Krymprodmash". Combine harvesters "Crimea-Don-1500", and also the mini-tractors collected from import accessories were presented to display.
The chairman of the board of this association Oleg Chigidin, his chief specialists gave explanations.
The Don-1500 combine well a sign to rural machine operators, and here a mini-tractor intended, and the main, for farms, on our Crimean fields never before didn’t appear. This car the English engine (from 35 to 60 h.p.), the Chinese wheels, has a detail and own production.
Chairman of the board Ministrov of the Crimea Anatoly Burdyugov in detail told about how financial support will be carried out. Commercial banks, and for quite long term will give the credit. Loan percent – 16-18, to banks will be extinguished by republican treasury. Cars thus will cost to landowners for 30 % cheaper, a mini-tractor, for example, 4,7-5,5 thousand hryvnias.
On all this in the budget more than 4 million hryvnias are put, and 5 million more allocated for support of machine-building enterprises, repayment of percent on the credits which are directed on development and development of new technologies, development of investment projects.
"Krymprodmash" expects to let out annually to 600 tractors.
The minister of an agrarian policy of the Crimea Oleg Rusetsky reported that the budgetary financial support of agricultural producers will give the chance to them to get new equipment on 100 million hryvnias.
Didn’t manage and without surprises. At an exhibition the attention of participants of a seminar was involved by a new tractor. First of all price. It was lower, than on other cars of the same class presented here. Yes, but thus the new tractor spends fuel less, and can plow, sow, harrow, work with a sprayer at the trailer and even as the bulldozer.
