Biowine growing

In article it is explained that itself represents biowine growing.

It is one of new world tendencies in culture of cultivation of the grapes, developing as reaction to application of chemical means of protection of plants. She pursues two aims. The first, this receiving grapes, "pure" from any chemical impurity. The second, protection of environment against everything that is capable to harm. At biomethods much in common with technologies which are applied at cultivation of so-called non-polluting production. From chemical elements it is authorized to apply only copper and sulfur.

For restoration of fertility of lands use organic (manure, compost, a grape residue, algas, etc.) or green fertilizers (in row-spacings sow or simply display a grass which, decaying, promotes formation of useful microorganisms).

Nowadays many owners of vineyards, without applying for a loud rank of followers of a biological agriculture approach to the business with common sense: limit application of chemical preparations, fight against a soil erosion by means of a travoseyaniye, plant useful insects, for example, against a plant louse with success use ladybugs whom bring together and let out on a rod.

"Biodynamics" call a special radical form of a biological agriculture. So that to give to the soil necessary "dynamics" and to look after a vineyard, supporters of this approach use preparations of natural substances: a dandelion, valeriany, nettles, cow manure, a bone flour (from horns of animals). For efficiency and strengthening of the actions they watch Moon phases, solar activity, an arrangement of stars. Annually "biodinamist" publish a calendar in which name not only exact dates, but also time of day, to which it is best of all to carry out these or those works on a vineyard (when to dig up and loosen the soil when to land grape bushes, to water etc.). Publish even the special directory on the wines, prepared their grapes which have been grown up on canons of a biological agrotechnology.
