In Pervomaisk the area becomes a good tradition to carry out joint with the regional center of employment and specialists of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center seminars with the unemployed. Present, taken place on March 27 of this year and contemplating a problem of development of small business in the rural zone, seminars on the organization of green tourism on the village (pgt May Day) and to development of national crafts (Sara-Bash page) preceded.
Opened a seminar the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Agromir. Problems and decisions I.G.Karakay. He in detail told about activity of the Crimean state agrarian educational advice center, commitment of his workers in preparation krymchan to work in new conditions taking into account use of achievements of a science and the advanced methods of work, the Agromir newspaper role in information and consulting ensuring work of the center.
Seminar with interest listened also to speech of the manager N. G. Nechayeva’s metodkabinety KGA UKTs, about development of non-productive kinds of activity as one of forms of small business in the rural zone, close interrelation of small business with innovative development of regions.

Participants of a seminar familiarized with experience of development of small business saved up in the Crimea in the rural zone, received answers to interesting their questions, received a good charge of knowledge and optimism for the organization of own business.
