In the Ministry of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea on October 15 this year the meeting with heads of the wine-making enterprises on which works of wine-making and alcoholic beverage branches food and processing industry in 9 months of the current year are summed up was held, questions of processing of grapes of a crop of a season of 2008 were discussed.
The deputy minister of an agrarian policy of AR Crimea N. P. Polyushkin, heads of structural divisions and specialists of the ministry, representatives of the organizations and the establishments serving the Crimean agrarian and industrial complex took part in work of meeting.
N. P. Polyushkin informed present about a situation in branch of winemaking and processing of grapes of a crop of 2008.
Now the wine-making industry of an autonomy is presented by 50 enterprises from which 38 (76 %) working – he reported.
The general capacity on grapes processing in the Autonomous Republic Crimea makes 264 thousand tons per year at 39 enterprises. In 2007 of capacity of the processing enterprises of branch were used for 37 %.
In 9 months 2008 by the wine-making enterprises of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea it is made production for the sum of 1114 million UAH., that makes 39 % from volume of production of all food production on the Autonomous Republic Crimea, is realized production for the sum of 1469,3 million UAH., it is exported production for the sum of 151,1 million UAH. (10 % from all realized vinoproduktsiya).
In 9 months 2008, on datas of statistics, in comparison with the similar period of last year growth of volume of production in natural expression of wine grape for 4,5 %, cognac – for 28,1 %, vodka – for 32,9 % is noted.
In 2008 processing of grapes is carried out by 28 enterprises, for October 10 was processed on wine materials of 54,6 thousand tons of grapes, about 3,0 million are developed gave. wine materials, including: the sparkling – 0,4 million gave (13,4 %), table not fortified – 1,3 million gave (43,3 %), fortified – 0,7 million gave (23,3 %), cognac – about 0,6 million gave (20,0 %).
For 2009-2010 of the enterprise plan on modernization of wineries to direct over 15 million UAH.
Now practically all enterprises of branch conduct acceptance of grapes and production of wine materials. Since the beginning of a season 48,9 thousand tons of grapes are processed.
The accession of Ukraine to the World Trade Organization caused to speed up work on increase of competitiveness of production, introduction of control systems by quality on the basis of the ISO standards of series 14000 (System of ecological management), 9000 (Quality management system). Above the listed standards in the work already use NPAO "Massandra", GP Plant of sparkling New World wines, TD Crimean wine house, JSC Solnechnaya Dolina.
The deputy minister reminded that in the Crimea the program of financial support from the budget of the Autonomous Republic Crimea of the industrial enterprises via the mechanism of reduction of the cost of the credits works. In 2007 from the Crimean budget within this program to the enterprises of the food industry 2,7 million UAH are allocated., but among them there is no wine-making.
